Rich brings deep expertise in the business side of being Santa, including makeup and beard techniques, pricing strategies, and professional development. His practical, hands-on teaching style helps students build real skills they can use immediately.
Stephen Price
Stephen specializes in business development, photography, and helping Santas create a professional presence. He co-leads workshops on business cards, sales sheets, and websites, and coordinates the professional photography sessions.
