The course was extremely helpful in regards to a Santa business. I appreciated the section regarding the hydrochem dry cleaning, especially, and wish I had seen it before I got rid of my first Mrs. Claus dress. I would like to see more performance information in creating a character’s back story and actually getting into character. I did enjoy watching Doug’s performance, which helped me to envision how a performance in a home may possibly work with props.
